  After a old tub started playing up I called this company. They moved heaven and earth to get my tub working again (not one they supplied I might add!). We had another company who had botched and messed about and never got it going properly - I was at the end of my tether. James sorted it in time for our guests to arrive and we have since had them service the tub ready for the new season. Highly recommend this lovely family company with specialist electrical knowledge. Honest and straightforward company to deal with.

  We live in Cheltenham and bought our hot tub from Carolyn. Had a great deal and good service. James "made" something to assist delivery in our narrow access and installed it for us. The have good after sales support and are available to "drop by" or on the end of the phone for advice if you are a first-time tub owner. Would recommend you get your tub from them as they are local and friendly. Get "personal" service. Liz
